Gotz Mohindra
Chief Executive Officer

Gotz Mohindra graduated with an honours degree in Economics from the London School of Economics. While there he also became a Governor of the school. After university, he worked in Leveraged Finance in UBS Warburg and there was involved in various financings involving high yields, syndicated loans, mezzanine and bridge financing. Gotz also worked in Project Finance at the same bank. He then left to become a businessman and subsequently launched Chromex Group.

Gagan Mohindra
Chief Financial Officer

Gagan Mohindra graduated with an honours degree in Mathematics from Kings College, London. He worked in Equity Research in Deutsche Bank covering the Alternative Investments field. This included coverage of UK and European listed funds. He then left Deustche Bank to become a founder of the furniture retailer thisisfurniture.com and later Chromex Group.

Gaurav Mohindra
Chief Operating Officer

Gaurav Mohindra read Law at the London School of Economics. He worked at UBS Warburg for four years spending time within the Equity Capital Markets team, Mergers & Acquisitions team and South African office. Transaction experience included the US$960million Sale of SDFI oil assets by the Norwegian Government, the €18 billion telecoms merger of Telia and Sonera, the US$18.7 billion De Beers Investments Public to Private transaction and most recently the US$486 million IPO of Telkom South Africa. He is also the founder of furniture retailer thisisfurniture.com.
